- Williamson Health and Wellness Center, Inc.- $600,000 in HHS HRSA grant
- City of Hinton- $3.25 million in infrastructure project funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC)
- Cool Ridge-Flat Top Public Service District- $3.1 million from ARC for a waterline extension project
- Town of Davy- Over one million dollars in ARC funding to modernize its water treatment plant
- Rural Appalachian Improvement League- $493,592 from ARC for workforce development
- Region 1 Planning and Development Council- $50,000 from ARC for the New River Trail Action Plan
- McDowell County Public Service District- Over 3.4 million dollars from the U.S. Economic Development Administration for waterline extension projects
