    Last night, Tuesday, Deb. 27, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed legislation authored by U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) to designate the Clarksburg Federal Courthouse as the “Irene M.
