CHARLESTON, W.Va. — U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Hardy County Health Department will receive a $474,000 loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Grant Program to help fund the construction of a new 6,000 square-foot health facility in Moorefield, W.Va.
“I’m pleased to see the Hardy County Health Department receive the resources they need to support a brand new facility in Moorefield,” Senator Capito said. “This funding from the USDA will support more health care options for West Virginians and their families in Hardy County.”
