WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, and member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced $1,022,840 through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for regional development planning across West Virginia.
“The ARC funding announced today can make a difference in communities across West Virginia, and help local leaders further economic development efforts. As the top Republican on the EPW Committee, which oversees the Appalachian Regional Commission, I’ll continue to look for ways to support local projects that impact our state,” Ranking Member Capito said.
