WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) released the below statement after the Senate confirmed Michael Baylous to serve as U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of West Virginia. Senator Capito recommended Baylous to President Donald J. Trump for the position last year.
