WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) today announced West Virginia will receive $1,464,105 from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to assist in efforts to recover from the June 2016 floods.
The funds have been awarded to the Clay County Board of Education to complete repairs on facilities at the Clay County High School football field.
