WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), today congratulated West Virginia students Kendra Goeddert from Greenbrier East High School, Nicholas Murphy from Parkersburg South High School and Zara Zervos from John Marshall High School for being selected for the U.S Presidential Scholars Program. The Presidential Scholars Program honors graduating high school seniors for their academic achievement, accomplishments in the arts and technology fields, leadership, service and contribution to their community.
