“Barbara Bush was a feisty, fun, and wonderful person who loved her family and truly made America a better place. While growing up, my family and I had the chance to get to know the Bush family well – beginning during my dad’s time in Congress. I have fond memories of Mrs. Bush and my mother’s friendship, as well as the time she visited Wood County with me on the campaign trail. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Bush family during this difficult time.”
