WASHINGTON, D.C. – In a speech today, U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) highlighted how tax reform will create new jobs and help middle-class West Virginia families keep more of their hard-earned money. A new analysis from The Tax Foundation found that the average middle-income family in West Virginia would gain $1,952 in after-tax income and approximately 4,700 new jobs will be created in West Virginia by reforming the tax system.
