Senator Capito joins her colleagues Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Krysten Sinema (D-AZ) to introduce the Advancing Support for Working Families Act, which would allow families the option of advancing up to $5000 of the Child Tax Credit (CTC) to help fund
unpaid time off, infant care, and other costs associated with a new child.
